Return Eligibility

Product return sirf in surat mein accept kiya jata hai:

• Product damaged ho

• Product defective ho

• Ghalat product deliver ho

Product used, opened, ya tampered hone ki surat mein return accept nahi kiya jata.

Return Time Frame

Customer ko delivery ke 48 hours ke andar return request submit karni hogi.

Late requests accept nahi ki jayengi.

Return request ke liye customer ko:

• Order number provide karna hoga

• Product issue ki clear images share karni hongi

Approval ke baad return instructions di jayengi.
